The seminars have proven to be one of the main attractions at the High Country Beer Fest.

This year we're having 6 food/beer seminars. We'll be running 3 at a time from 3:30 - 4:30 and from 5:00 - 6:00.
We will also be having several non-food seminars addressing topics such as growing hops in NC, a brewers panel discussion on beer styles, guidelines, and recipes etc., and a seminar directed towards homebrewers led by ASU students who have completed the brewing science course. Precise times on these to follow as we firm up panel participants and seminar hosts.
